Jakarta – PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara held its Strategic Session 2024 at Hotel Intercontinental Pondok Indah, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (27/9/2023). The event, initiated by Corporate Planning, Strategy & Transformation Nawakara, was attended by C-Level executives, Finance Directorate, Corporate Secretary, Human Capital, and the Operations Team.
Head of Corporate Planning, Strategy & Transformation, Defa Anisa, stated that the Strategic Session is conducted at the end of each year with the aim of assessing the current condition of the company. The goal is to determine the forward steps, including setting corporate objectives, strategies, planning, and targets for the year 2024.
“The hope is that corporate objectives can align with the company’s vision and mission in achieving the predetermined targets. This way, the company can grow larger, becoming a business and organization that is sustainable,” said Ms. Nisa, who is affectionately known as Nisa.
