Jakarta – In an effort to enhance the performance and quality of work of its employees, PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara has a standardized assessment for its employees based on discipline, performance, attitude, and creativity, evaluated by the company’s management.
Every year, Nawakara recognizes outstanding employees through the “Nawakara Star Award.” This year, during Nawakara’s 27th anniversary celebration, a total of 22 individuals were nominated for the Nawakara Star 2023 award, ranging from Manned Guarding, Staff Level, to Division Head. Only 7 individuals successfully secured the award with the highest scores.
