Jakarta – PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara distributed donations in the form of food and drinks for residents of Cianjur, West Java who were affected by the earthquake in November 2022. This donation is the result of voluntary assistance from Insan Nawakara which was raised in December 2022.
Nawakara’s Corporate Secretary, Chiquita Paramita Hindarto informed that the donations collected from Insan Nawakara amounted to IDR 12,365,000 which was allocated for food and beverages in the form of dozens of boxes of Marie Regal Biscuits, tens of boxes of Roman Malkist Biscuits, tens of boxes of Bear Milk, dozens of boxes of various flavors of Indomilk Milk, and various kinds of drugs.
“The donations collected will be distributed by the Nawakara Emergency Response Team through the West Java Regional Disaster Communication Forum, which is currently still at the disaster site,” said Chica.
The donation was symbolically handed over by President Director & CEO Nawakara, Ir. Dino Bimadwinanda Hindarto, ICPS to the Emergency Response Team & Training Center Department Head, Panji Baskoro and Deputy CEO & CTO, Satria Djaya Najamuddin to the Emergency Response Team Leader, Ocky Hariyanto at Head Office Nawakara, Cilandak, South Jakarta, Monday (9/1/ 2023).
President Director & CEO Nawakara said, Nawakara really cares and is concerned about the earthquake that hit Cianjur, West Java. “This is a form of Nawakara’s commitment to supporting earthquake-affected communities in their post-disaster recovery so that they can immediately get up and return to normal activities,” said the man who is familiarly called Pak DH.
It is planned that the donations will be distributed by the Nawakara Emergency Response Team on Friday, January 13, 2022, departing directly from Jakarta. Donations will be immediately handed over to the West Java Regional Disaster Communication Forum to be immediately given directly to the affected communities.
