Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement security standard operating procedures (SOP) and oversee their application
• able to communicate with company workers, other members of the team, and the appropriate agencies in accordance with the level and types of services provided
• Can make decisions and follow through on them if there are requests, proposals, disciplinary actions from subordinates, or other emergency situations that arise from either inside or outside the organization. Capable of leading and coordinating subordinates.
• Cooperate with many parties, including the police and regional Related Services
• Capable of making strong and relevant suggestions and security strategy plans for prospective clients

Qualifications:

• Civil : requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• Military : Lieutenant colonel is the entry-level position
• Police : The lowest level is senior commissioner of police
• Civil : At least three years of experience managing security services
• Military : Possess experience commanding combat forces, field operations, battalions, kodim, air base, PASKHAS, battleship, and aircraft (confirmed through a copy of the placement SKEP)
• Police : has commanded some Police operations and/or served as a key Polri official in the Regional Police, Chief of Police, Commander of Brimob, or other Polri Troops (confirmed with a copy of the placement SKEP)
• Age maximum 53 years
• Possess strong managerial and leadership abilities
• able to use computers with only the bare minimum of Windows applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and email
• Possess the capacity and competence to speak and write English
• have had responsibility for at least 200 security people
• has the following certifications:
  • Gada Utama and KTA Active
  • POP
  • AK3 Umum which is still valid
  • ISPS Code/FPSO
  • Basic Sea Survival
  • Intel & Investigations
  • Have a training certificate related to HSE/Safety
  • Certificate for Handak
  • Possess a TOEFL score of at least 450
  • Computer / MS Office
  • Active SIM A & C
