Bogor – PT Nawakara Arta Kencana Conducts Team Building Activity for All Employees. The event took place on September 23-24, 2023, at Villa Jambuluwuk, Ciawi, Bogor, West Java. Attended by all levels of employees, the activity aimed to enhance team cohesion, foster a sense of camaraderie, and improve the effectiveness of teamwork at Nawakara Arta Kencana.
The event, opened by Chief Executive Officer Nawakara Arta Kencana, Iman Sujudi, carried the theme ‘Effective Communication, Problem Solving & Synergy.’ Iman stated that this activity would impact the productivity and effectiveness of work in the office by promoting good communication and maintaining consistency among all employees in a shared vision and mission.
Iman further explained that the team-building activity is Nawakara Arta Kencana management’s effort to enhance collaboration within the work environment through various games involving teamwork, understanding the effectiveness of communication, and broader discussions on synergy within the company.
“The hope is that after the completion of this team-building activity, the company’s goals can be achieved more effectively and efficiently, fostering closer bonds among employees to become a more solid and mutually understanding team,” expressed Iman.
