Regional HSE Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of HSE standards within regional offices and projects based on company standards, HSE Plan, or commercial agreements
• Ensure quality inspections and PTK005/2018 (especially for Oil and Gas) are conducted on projects
• Ensure the availability of risk assessment and mitigation measures within regional offices and projects
• Deliver training as identified and required by the company
• Conduct accident investigations according to company standards
• Follow up on Corrective Action Reports (CARs) for projects and regional offices in accordance with company standards
• Carry out internal audits as planned by the company
• Provide management reports on the effectiveness of HSE implementation as required by the company

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety major
• At least 3 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (AK3U), as well as being a Lead or Internal Auditor on ISO 9001/ISO 45001/SMK3/ISO 14001
• Experience and deep knowledge in implementing QHSE management systems within project scopes
• Familiarity with CSMS documentation fulfillment within projects
• Willingness to be placed anywhere in Indonesia as required by the company
