Banyuwangi – Commemoration of the 2022 National K3 Month has been held from 12 January to 12 February 2022. One of the objectives of commemorating this K3 Month is to help create superior and highly competitive K3 human resources, as well as assist in increasing the implementation of K3 on new patterns and forms of work arising from the digitalized economic era.
To make this happen, Nawakara’s partners under the Surabaya Regional Office, PT BSI Group Indonesia held a First Aid and Fire Fighting Challenge Competition for all Nawakara Employees and Security personnel in February 2022. This activity was attended by all departments that are members of the BSI Group Indonesia Project with 6 participants each.
In this activity Nawakara Security personnel led by Novanda Dino Pahlevi won 2nd place in the First Aid Challenge category. First Aid is a basic skill that must be possessed by every Security personnel, because if an accident occurs at work, it is the provision of immediate assistance to sick/injured/accident sufferers as basic medical treatment.
BSI Group Indonesia Nawakara Project Leader, Bambang Subagio is proud of the achievements achieved by Nawakara Security personnel in this activity. “Congratulations to the personnel on the championships obtained. This is the beginning of the talents of the Nawakara Security officers which must be further developed so that they can achieve at the national level which can make the company proud,” said Bambang, Friday (8/4/2022).
Bambang added, everyone has the key to achieve a victory, but the most important thing is the will and persistent effort. “The most important thing is the will to prepare for victory by continuing to hone skills and apply them in everyday life, especially in the work environment where we work,” said Bambang.
